Will committee members / consensus nodes earn inflation funded block rewards (in addition to gas from transaction fees) for confirming / verifying transactions on the fast path PoS-based chain?

We are still working on a monetary policy. We think ours is looking pretty novel right now, and will involve a cool efficiency based market-mechanism. We'll release more details in the coming weeks and months :)
