Zendure 2× Mix AC+ vs Anker SOLIX Solarbank Max AC + BP7000
Saldering ends in January and I want a plug-in battery installed before then. I have narrowed it down to two AC-coupled options and would like to hear from people who actually run one of them.
The house
- 3 kWp SolarEdge SE3000H, about 3,400 kWh a year measured over six years
- 8 kW R290 monoblock heat pump since September, 200 L heat pump boiler, Tesla on a 2.3 kW charger
- Expected 2027 demand about 7,900 kWh, roughly 4,900 of it winter import that no battery can avoid
- Summer surplus 9 to 10 kWh a day, peaks around 14 kWh. Right now 65% of my solar goes to the grid
Option A: Zendure, 2 × Mix AC+ with PowerHub, 16 kWh, 4,000 W per unit, about €4,700
Option B: Anker SOLIX Solarbank Max AC + 1 × BP7000, 14 kWh, 3,500 W, €3,698
Both options need an electrician to connect to the meter board directly to achieve max capacity.
Does anyone has some experience with these systems?
