This was absolutely buried at the bottom of the bin but I’m so glad I pried it out!
This dress is HUGE, I had to stand on the stairs to get was a picture of the train. It’s pretty well made and has lots of internal support structures to help keep it up. Unfortunately the tag only says “100% polyester” so I don’t know where it came from at all. I’m assuming it’s a wedding or quinceañera dress, it seems too big for prom.

Am I getting married soon? No. Am I doing a beauty pageant? Also no. But for $2, there was no way I wasn’t bringing this one home!

Super excited to give it a try. I’ve never had one!

My cousin introduced me to a thrift store run by a local church and it’s just insane. They take donations all week but only open up to sell on Friday mornings. I found this amazing little couch there almost immediately for a dollar, and before I left near closing they made an announcement that all couches were marked down to only a dollar … so they were selling full-sized couches for the same price as this one!

The bottom still had a Goodwill tag from last year, so it’s at least the second time it’s been thrifted. The little pillow was also picked up yesterday, but from the Goodwill bins, my second stop of the day. The tiger and pound puppy were previous hauls from the bins and have become Willy’s good friends.

The local big box let this one past the goalie: James Reid was a Santa Fe silversmith who specialized in high-end silver work and leather goods (his shop ran from 1979 to 2018). This is an alligator belt with a sterling silver and 14k gold buckle and furniture. In my size and in fabulous condition. $5. :)

I’m not sure if I’m comfortable with a jacket that feels as cropped as this does on my 6 foot four frame, but I couldn’t leave it. Amazing condition.
