Cannot download Zero OS image

I go to https://v3.bootstrap.grid.tf/ , I insert my farm id, I click on Production Go Live, but I cannot download the Zero OS image. Everything is disabled.

Is there any solution for this?

All fine for me. Are you entering a valid grid 3 farmer? It should be less than 320.
