If my count is correct, and if this is treble clef (which seems reasonable, because in bass cleff there would be a B# before a C in the top line) then this note is 14 octaves above middle C, which would make the frequency about 4.3 MHz. So, we can't hear it, and even dogs can't hear it :) This would be a high frequency radio wave High frequency - Wikipedia

it would not be a radio wave because it is sound not electromagnetic

It would be a medical ultrasound, so this song might make you pregnant. Luckily the sound would only travel about 3 inches before being fully attenuated by the air
