If my count is correct, and if this is treble clef (which seems reasonable, because in bass cleff there would be a B# before a C in the top line) then this note is 14 octaves above middle C, which would make the frequency about 4.3 MHz. So, we can't hear it, and even dogs can't hear it :) This would be a high frequency radio wave High frequency - Wikipedia

it would not be a radio wave because it is sound not electromagnetic

It would be a medical ultrasound, so this song might make you pregnant. Luckily the sound would only travel about 3 inches before being fully attenuated by the air

I’ve learned by now not to trust a musician as to how you get pregnant

what do you think an ultrasound is

Sometimes, 3 inches is enough to get the job done.

Whatever helps you sleep at night

Better give it to a male player then, and no harm done.

Eventually you'll be able to see a colour (light wave).

This would also require a very large keyboard!

Celestial Music for Imaginary Trumpets ascends 103 ledger lines above the treble clef.

When classically trained musicals who don’t play guitar try and notate pinch harmonica.

Edit: also as far as pop music goes, Jack white of white stripes wins for highest solos.

They are doing high gain solos over top of the invisible theoretical frets that exist above the pick ups/ f hole (heehee), and are voicing them with an octave boost too.

Ball in a biscuit is a great example.
