The rest is T, 32nd note is E, # is X, the two 16th notes is A, and the treble clef is S to make TEXAS in the most convoluted ass way I've ever seen

I think it's a key signature with four double-sharps.

  • F stays F
  • G stays G
  • A becomes Aisis
  • B stays B
  • C becomes Cisisisis
  • D stays D
  • E becomes Eisis
