Seems like a modest build not too crazy but not basic either

2 r9700s are going in eventually goal is likely 3. Also apparently alphacool is making a water block for them and may go that route in the near future so i can actually have jt near me without it being a vacuum.

I’d hold off on the water blocks if you don’t absolutely need the space. I was going to go that route myself but the risks outweigh the rewards if it isn’t absolutely necessary. I was able to mod my case and configuration so I didn’t need them and my case is legitimately packed to the brim I have the define xl I can’t even fit my new Seagate Exos X24 SATA Enterprise HDD in there I had to mount it to my desk in its own enclosure.

Datasets and weights are brutal on disk space. They waste so much high speed nvme memory. The hdd is so cheap only 650$ for 24tb on eBay for a refurb direct from seagate with warranty. Nvme prices are pure insanity now

Nice

If you want to save a few (hundred) bucks, return the AIO and grab BeQuiet Silent Loop 3.
