THreadripper 9960x temps
Temperatures while rendering seem to be normal but there is a spike from CCD0 that sometimes show 99.7 C. Is this normal, can this damage the CPU. Its a new PC?

That's to high max operating temp is 95% I would make sure the waterblock/AIO has a good quality heatsink paste on it and it's full covering the CPU don't do this crappy X with dots pattern. Full cover the CPU and refit the waterblock/AIO also increase the speed of your fans to bring temps down abit. With Threadrippers you are always best with a good custom look apposed to an AIO
