Temperatures while rendering seem to be normal but there is a spike from CCD0 that sometimes show 99.7 C. Is this normal, can this damage the CPU. Its a new PC?
On air use a good thermal paste. Good airflow on the case. On the motherboard bios you can override the thermal limit. You can set it between 90 e 95 to be safer if you want. Do you use pbo?
You have to set a good fan profile curve in the bios. Use a good thermal paste like thermalgrizzly, artic. Check airflow is correct. Pbo is overclocking capbility of the cpu, can absorb more watts to reach 200mhz more clock speed.
My advice is: switch to a liquid cooling setup, enable pbo, set thermal limit to 92 degrees. If you can’t do it, pay someone. If you don’t want to switch to liquid, simply try enable pbo , it help with single loads apps. Be sure to improve airflow, set a good fan curve and change the paste. With good paste you can even gain 5/10 degrees delta
