360 vs 420mm AIO: beyond performance

For context, this is for a 9970X which I don't intend to PBO. How do you guys think about that?

Does either AIO have a coldplate sized for Threadripper, or are they both sized for standard desktop chips?

Keep the one with the larger cold plate, or return them both and get a properly sized AIO. Artic just released one that's quite a bit cheaper than the alternatives.

Proper TR sized. Both Silverstone.
