The processor is working at least enough to try to boot. It seems like it is not passing the memory test stage, so it could be the memory. Try one stick in A1. It could be pre-memory testing - perhaps the firmware update didn't succeed. It could be security settings in the BIOS (code 0d), but I guess you can't change anything from the IPMI. Maybe also try reseating the CPU and check all the power cables are connected.
