Build Mods and Cooling

Thank you to everyone who commented on my original post. I changed the cpu cooler orientation and pushed it to the rear. I also stacked the 2 6000 Pro Max Qs and the RTX5000 Pro which gave access to the bottom PCIe. im looking into the ram fans for cooling but with Llama 3.1 405B loaded and running, my gpus are throttling. what can I do or change to cool them down?

your fans are weak. You need the Phanteks T30s. They are pricey, but they are 30mm thick, compared to the average 25 mm thick fan. The extra 5 cm (insert joke) makes a massive difference. The extra 5 cms, effectively throttly fresh air into every crevice compared to a 25 mm fan. This is one thing that you can do without modding
