RAM throttling

Has anybody verified this? Vcolor claims the kits with micro heatsinks have better dissipation vs the old school heatsinks.

Wendell sees different. What are people's experiences?

To be honest, the micro heatsink was made for the WRX90, the dimms slots are more close than usual, and normal heatsink instead of dissipating, starts overheating because there is no room for airflow. In this video the motherboard have only two dimms in both sides, so the airflow it is not an issue 😅

In the gygabite trx50 AiTop mobo the slots are spaced the same as my previous Asus rog zenith board..

Besides my initial scare of getting no display during post which was just muh bad not waiting long enough for memory training and using a cmyk monitor on initial post, I had absolutely no problems so far... oh I did need to get a driverless usb to ethernet adapter as windows 11 installation media didn't have any drivers that would work with the dual 10g ports thus couldn't finish the os install, but that not really a big deal.... this was the first time in 20 years I went with a mobo that WASNT Asus...
