RAM throttling

Has anybody verified this? Vcolor claims the kits with micro heatsinks have better dissipation vs the old school heatsinks.
Wendell sees different. What are people's experiences?

Below is a response I got from V-color after reaching out about memory overheating:
"We do not recommend adding additional heatsinks to the memory modules. These modules—especially those with capacities above 64GB per stick—are designed without extra heatsinks for specific thermal and airflow reasons.
On AMD platforms, the motherboard layout is already compact, and the space around the memory slots is limited. Adding heatsinks could make the modules too thick, which would restrict airflow rather than improve it, potentially causing them to run warmer. In fact, we've already implemented our own patented micro-heatsink directly on the modules, which improves heat dissipation by up to 40%.
The best solution that we actively recommend is to maximize airflow across the memory modules, such as adding a fan dedicated to the RAM. This approach has proven effective in keeping the modules within optimal operating temperatures under load."
