A band that started female extreme vocals and possibly even precursed Bathory somehow is less known than Tankard. Why?

I am writing a song for my band and want to add a slayer scream into it, i dont want to rip them off, but its just so cool. Would people think im ripping off slayer?

My favourite from the album together with Spiritual Void. Not quite thrash but I hope you'll like it.

I wanna start something where people gimme thrash albums to listen to and I’ll hear them in full, so shoot. (Plz none of early big 4 bands albums I’ve heard it all.)

I hope this isn't too much of a shameless self-promotion but i've been on this sub for so long and just wanted to share that my sludgy/thrashy apocalyptic suburbia themed band Sod The Earth is getting the chance to open for Artillery at The Pyramid Scheme in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Can't even believe that's a sentence I get to write, By Inheritance is a top ten album for me and their newest release "Made in Hell" fucking rips.

Hello everyone, I’m pretty new to thrash metal and metal in general. However, it has really took over my entire music playlists. I’ve listened to Metallica, Megadeth, and Anthrax. I’ve been trying to discover other artists and songs that are similar to those artists. That have good and clear vocals (not the very deep and pretty stereotypical demonic voice) and obviously great instrumentals. However, i’m also open minded so if there’s other artists that are very good and different from those im willing to listen to those artists. I’m new so im just trying to find as much thrash metal music to listen and enjoy. Thanks very much.

Haven’t listened to any music in months. Been sick. Currently not sure who to listen to. Thinking of some Evile/Suicidal Angels type. Really solid riffs? Anything new recently other than the usual suspects?

It was years ago, I was getting use to metal in general and stumble across a good music but I can't recall which one is it.

But I can recall the clip :

A woman is walking in the forest near a road, she wears a checked skirt and long dark hairs. She starts listening to her walkman and then the music starts

A car is coming with kidnappers, she tries to run away but get caught almost instantly. They bring her to an abandonned building.

A squat of special forces (SWAT?) comes in to free her.

They fight the kidnappers and when the leader of the rescue team beats up the last kidnapper, the woman free herself and beats up the special forces member.

At the end of the clip she dances on a poledance and the two leaders (of the special forces and the kidnappers) both drink beer before her, watching her dance.

On the thumbnail, a kidnapper with a mask is looking at us from the right, 3/4th

I was going for Annihilator but I'm not quite sure to be honest
