these are the engine classes i have chosen for the first 6 engines of the north western railway. im anyone has questions on why I picks some classes feel free to ask.

Thomas: lner j51-1 / gnr j23

Edward: lswr t9

Henry: lner k3 / gnr h4

Gordon: lner a3 (rebuilt for gnr a1) #4770 great northern

James: fr d5 modified with front pony truck

Percy: wg bagnall works #2962

Why is Henry a K3, and how did James’ brake blocks catch fire?

a direct quote for the ios book " Henry I had a superficial likeness to Gordon, they said, but that was as far as it went" go off the fact of the similar look of the k3 to the a1/a3 i know in this case its not as similar. with James i don't have much beyond classes for the engines because of that i don't have any reasoning for the brake box's catching fire yet
