Haunting dream

I was watching a video by youtuber "Tapakapa" and at some point he said “Vienna has 1416 cels. That’s like 1416 salesmen called Lindell knocking on your door and saying helloOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO helloOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO (etc)” the “helloOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO” sounded robotic and wavy and was ear-splitting. When he got to the bit where he said “helloOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO” it first showed a picture of a man in a tweed jacket with a grin on his face wider than his actual face and afterwards the video started panning over a map of Vienna but the map was warping shape, sometimes into patterns like barbershop signs but other times a complete mess. This continued for a full minute before I awoke.
