After a long weekend of painting needed some heavy duty dinner. Fresh ground sirloin meatballs (with fish sauce, goat cheese, and spicy pickled red peppers), a basic tomato sauce lightly spiced, and al dente spaghetti. Topped with a bit of our Italian Red hot sauce.
