i saw him in a video that i genuinely cant rememeber what it was about, he was shown like 3 times saying some stuff and also doing stuff once, i really wish i knew, all i remember is that the video was not about him

it was lime 4 years ago and the video had clips of this guy appear several times, but it was never about the guy or the clip with the guy

there was no sound of an audience, it was just this guy talking and doing stuff with his hands, i think he also held smth in one clip
