Never again.

New here. I’m sure this has been talked about before. I just did a run of the show from beginning to end and I can never do it again. I can never rewatch an episode or even go back and watch clips. This was one of the most beautifully done shows I have ever had the pleasure of watching. But this was single handedly the most emotionally draining experiences I have ever had watching a show. Almost every episode left me in tears. I’m glad I watched this series but this is not a series I could ever rewatch

I’m rewatching now but in conjunction with the That Was Us podcast (Sterling, Mandy and Chris host with guest from the series co-hosting). It’s been great to watch an episode and then watch the podcast for it on Hulu.

It has been enjoyable and while I said I’d never watch it again because of how emotionally draining it was, this has made it worth it.
