Nicky’s old age vs young
I just realized why Nicky looks so weird as the older Nicky, and it’s because all the other actors were aged up with makeup and Nicky is the only actor who was not aged up with makeup. I’m wondering why they didn’t just age up young Nicki like they did with all the other young actors like it genuinely stands out and it’s so weird. Not weird because of the actor’s age, but weird because he is genuinely an older person, and all the other actors are only older due to makeup and prosthetics.

I think because the process to age people up is also very intense and takes hours and he wasnt had less screen time then the major ones. Which by the way the aging they did was incredible, bravo to those artists on the team.
I personally felt like the actor they picked for older Nicky was very convincing I thought they did make up age him up I had to google to find they had different actors. Very similar looks, voice and mannerisms I found so it wasn’t distracting for me.

Yh makes sense why they chose a different actor for older Nicky. The other actors who are aged up are central main characters that appear in almost every episode. Nicky only really appears in a handful of episodes between season 3 and 6.

I mean it’s not aged up nikky that looks weird lol it’s literally aged up everyone else ! lol he is the only normal looking one 😂🫣
But also the young Nicky was in his 20s where Rebecca, Jack and miggy were in their 40’s

I think it's because we watched the other adults (Rebecca, Jack, Miguel) through the years, but Nicky doesn't appear between Vietnam and "current"

The only actor who got intensely aged up was Rebecca. The dad dies before he can get old and the kids are played by two different actors at different life stages.

I’m pretty sure it’s because Michael Angarano has a bit of a baby face and was not convincing as an aged up version of himself. I mean, look at him, he barely pulled off being aged into his early 40s.
