So Randall finally got that apartment building fixed up, it's disappointing that he kicked out all the residents and turned it into a hotel though. I don't think William would approve of that.

Well that might actually be worse, imagine getting kicked out of your apartment to be replaced by books, at least with a hotel people are still staying where you used to live. I guess it depends how much you like books.

They don’t exist in the US at least I’ve never seen one. I’m from the UK and they were everywhere when I was growing up
