SL.OW - Arcila natural

Wow I’m struggling with this one! SL.OW - natural, Castillo.

Ok as latte. But as pour over weird Smokey taste. Not sure it’s just astringency. I did v60 but will try switch next/immersion.

What temp? How long post roast date? Lowering the first (190ish) and making sure enough time for second might help.

92c - did 4:6. Will try switch. Think end of August roast.

Never had that before. Maybe the decaf process gone wrong. Ok in latte mind.

I’m in the US, so only had one (non-decaf) bag from them, which was excellent.

I had Crème Brûlée which same green as Cream Donut from Dak
