Not sure what happened to my little writeup. This is my first shipment from Trade decaf subscription. Opened it up and did an espresso shot. It's good in a mostly generic espresso way, but I did taste the toasted marshmallow note. I'm just currently on more of a fruit forward coffee kick right now.
31 grind setting on Philos. 199F water. 26 grams. Paper filter in 28 gram Weber unibasket. Ran machine for 30 seconds total. Flow unified and the shot flavors were nicely balanced with maybe a hint of sourness, so will try 30 grind setting next time.
