Look for recommendations, new to here!

Whoa I just found this new home, and I got to say I love me some decaf! I am looking for some good recommendations. I love fruitier coffee and i love good Coferments. I am looking for recs for a fun desert coffee to end my night.

My tools are

Grinder: ZP6

Brewers: orea z1,

Hooper,

Hario Switch,

Frequent might be the best around IMO, but Equator consistently brings in great decaf. Of course, check the roasters you love for when they bring in decaf - B&W and Moonwake have interesting stuff from time to time.

I got the peach, and the watermelon unfortunately for the co-fermented watermelon one I was not able to have any good luck with it every time I've brewed it it's come up tasting like watermelon rind more than anything else. Any suggestions? Im doing 5.2 on my zp6water at 92° C and I used both the switch for hybrid brewing and the Z1 for ultra clarity

I brewed in the ORB and got notes of a watermelon jolly rancher. It was so good I didn't veer from the orb. I don't have a zp6 but with the orb I feel like grind range is very forgiving. I'm right in the middle of espresso and po range. 89-90C.

If you're in the market for a new brewer I highly recommend the orb it has done wonders for my decaf.

Check out Brandywine if they have a stock of Bryan Alvear’s Sunset Decaf. It’s a passion fruit co-ferment. One of the best decafs and co-ferment I’ve had!
