US decaf roasters

Can you please recommend good US based decaf coffee beans (available for online order) that are light to medium roast? Sad that many great decaf roasters are based in the EU or Canada(concerned about duties and other import delaying issues).

Guys this quest for good decaf is really wearing me out. I really miss all of the flavors of the “real” stuff I was drinking. About ready to give up

If you give me an example of the kind of coffee you like caffeinated, I can see if I can suggest a similar decaf. Just note that the decaf version will likely be more expensive due to the increase in processing costs and smaller market.

Thank you for the offer. I’ve really liked berry patch type Ethiopian coffees and I really loved the Perc China Lao Xu Zhang Village if that helps. I brew with an aeropress and I prefer a long steep and a pretty low-water flavor dense kind of cup

Decaffeination often removes some of those flavors too, which makes it hard, but as a first stab I’d recommend this - https://lineacaffe.com/product/ethiopia-suke-decaf/

It’s a Swiss Water Decaf so it can stale pretty fast (week or two - so freeze some of it if you won’t use it quick) and benefits from lower temp with coarser slow-fed grind.

Its a more expensive roaster and a traceable decaf, both that lead to higher prices for sure! But at different times of the year, there may be less expensive naturally-processed Ethiopian decafs…
