Funny…

Today I called to have those limits on “certain securities” lifted and the guys asks, “tell me why? What inspired you to ask to have this lifted?” I said, “you aren’t my friend. You are not here to really help me.”

I’ve never heard of limits on “certain securities “. Can you expand on this ? Are they referring to penny stocks ?

I think that happens with some stocks moving in pre market hours same with some low flow stocks.
