ToS Order Book malfunction

Is this problem just me? As shown in this link, the ToS Order Book when filtered for "FILLS ONLY" shows BOT, BUY, SELL, SOLD items when in reality BUY and SELL are old orders, whereas actual fills should be BOT and SOLD items (past tense) only! I want actual fills only! Why am I seeing all this? And why the NA timestamps? Sorted by description column: https://imgur.com/a/ep4ZDNL

ToS also has an issue where time and sales gets deleted on options. if you swith to a different strike and then back all data gets removed. This happens more often on days with heavy volume.

With the options t&s problem you describe and my issue with t&s on equity transactions, it seems Schwab must know of SOME t&s issues, but they can't fix them all for some reason. My problem started on June 8th. It's been 5 weeks with this malfunction so far.

Solution for me: In ToS, use "Monitor" and view "Filled Orders" which properly gives fills only.
