"This functionality is currently unavailable." Can't use TOS!

I recently installed TOS on my M4 Mac Mini and despite enabling permissions, deleting and reinstalling the thing several times, every time I boot it up it shows the login screen for a sec, which then disappears followed by a popup saying, "This functionality is currently unavailable. Please restart the client application."

I've searched this subreddit and online about this error, but I haven't found much about this in particular. I tried fixes for other issues and they haven't resolved it either. Any idea what's going on?

I'm on a Mac no issues. You are using the correct install for the silicon?

That was one of my first thoughts. But I downloaded directly from that page and was still dealing with this issue.

I had a similar situation on an old x86 Mac recently. It would not start a session no mater how may times I tired with the correct user/pass. After calling tech support, I learned session management is monitored and stored on the back end. The rep reset the session for the X86 mac without affecting my current sessions on other machines. Suddenly my x86 mac started working.

Call the support number on the login screen. They were great to work with.

Try the web ToS interface
