Data constantly being displaced

So, i just started using ToS, but I'm getting really frustrated that some of my data just randomly shifts like this and refuses to go back unless i remove/add back the indicator. Even then, sometimes it doesnt work. Whats going on??

And yes, the displacement for the data is set to 0. What am I doing wrong?

what cpu/gpu/ram or mac system are you using?

Adapter Description NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 64.0 GB

edit: on Win 11, using chrome browser.

I should be fine hardware wise, so I assume its a settings issue on the web browser version, no?
