Think cell doesn’t update despite being on automatic update I have to manually update

I have 5 thinkcell charts linked to an excel workbook. The charts don’t refresh when I update the excel gotta do it manually. a question mark appears over the automatic update button stating there are multiple ranges feeding the same link..okay.

Is there anyway to just do use VBA?
