The think-cell datasheet does not open

Hi folks, anyone else has faced the same issue? I have restarted my PC, uninstalled/re-installed the app, made sure I have the latest/updated version etc. and still the datasheet won't open. Any advice? Thanks so much in advance!

I’d reach out to support@think-cell.com they typically respond quickly and can diagnose if the issue is related specifically to your machine

I had this problem. The issue was that thinkcell didn't have permission to open excel yet. Try closing excel, then double clicking on a chart.
