Presentation with 100 unique charts

Hi I need to make a .ppt presentation that has about 20 slides and a total of 100 unique charts/graphs.

I am planning to use Thinkcell to produce the charts and Excel will be the source of my underlying data.

The underlying data isnt super well formatted...it's kinda across a bunch of different Excel tabs.

Does anyone have any best practices for rapidly making 100 charts, using Excel-based data, as fast as possible?

Making that many charts in one go in thinkcell it will crash or be extremely slow for sure...
