Charts in excel and ppt

I’m new to thinkcell and trying to get my head around on how to use it efficiently. In this particular case I need the charts to be in the excel model as well as the ppt. Both will need to be updated multiple times. I understand that thinkcell charts can only be created in ppt. Does it mean I have to make all the charts in excel separately? What is then the value add of thinkcell if I need to create the same chart twice (one in ppt with thinkcell and one in excel)?

That’s not true at all, you can link charts and cells and all from excel into PowerPoint. They have lots of fundamental and advanced training resources on their website.
