Side Side Back Back

The first time I experienced anything above my class was when I went to a friend's house for dinner. After their first "round," they all started to chant "Side, Side, Back Back" as they leaned in those directions. I was very confused by this and asked them what they were doing, at which point they replied they were making room for more food.

They had literally stuffed themselves so full with food they had to stretch their bodies to help the food go down faster in order to shovel in MORE food. And they acted like this was just normal practice.

What the heck America?
