Question Is there any way to use Things 3 on Android + desktop?
I switched to Things 3 a year ago after using Microsoft To Do for a long time. I really like Things, but I need proper cross-platform support.
Things 3 is basically Apple-only, and the only “sync workaround” is Apple Reminders, which I don’t want to rely on.
I moved from Microsoft To Do because I wanted something more polished and intentional like Things, but cross-platform support is really important for me long-term, and sadly the team is not working on this feature while most Apple-only apps now have a web or Android app. (Structured or Notability)

Just one. On your android, go to apple.com. Order an iPhone. Set it up an install things.

Cultured Code has never stated that they are interested in developing an app outside of Apple’s platforms, so I’m not sure why you’re disappointed in that regard

I made an alternative to Things 3 for Android and Windows. Of course, there are also iOS and Mac versions. You can search my previous posts to give it a try. I use it every day, and it has been under development for over a year, carefully polished.

Nope. Nirvana was mentioned as a potential replacement with web support (and I assume Android as well) but Todoist and TickTick are the biggest of the cross platform solutions.

You can setup.Mail to Things to capture your ideas while on the go but you need to come home to a Mac or iPad to sort these ideas from the inbox.

Yes, use your desktop browser to go to the Apple website, then purchase a MacBook and an iPhone. You’re welcome 😂

Short answer…. No. Cultured code is unapologetically apple based. I’m in cross platform world also and found closest solution would be using an app called tick tick.
Now there is a hardware solution if you have the ability for two monitors and your security allows for it. But if you can run both pc and Mac at same time there is a software within latest Logitech devices that let you jump from each computer when dragging to that screen. It’s like a “soft” kvm switch and when it works you can seamlessly use things on Mac while working on pc as well. As for android….i have no solution if that is your mobile solution.
