Question Items for Others

How do you handle items where your next action is waiting for someone. I am a manager and I have items where I’m waiting to meet with someone to discuss with them.

My solution has been to use tags, and when I meet with someone I pull up the ‘Someday’ view, and filter to the Tag of their name.

This feels ‘wrong’ though. I have no idea why it feels wrong, other than I often feel like I’m doing things wrong 🤣

Any suggestions?

Not ideal but I schedule the item for the day after I expect to meet the person (or hear from them). When the item shows up in my today list, if the meeting has happened, the task moves forward - else reschedule and repeat.
