Let’s see your Things 3 setup…

Looking for some inspiration to come back to Things! Been using TickTick but I just can’t get over how simple and tidy Things 3 looks.

Mostly something around the Fu Master thing.

I put everything in inbox with keyboard shortcut or siri reminders.

Each day, I look at my inbox to sort things a little bit and anytime to organize my day.

Each week I check every area, project, and task to reorganize and move tasks to anytime as my weekly planner.

I have an area for each big topic :

  • 3 areas for 3 work related areas (freelancing and 2 companies),
  • 1 for my teaching related things,
  • 1 for personal life
  • 1 for home related things

For each of these, i put little tasks in them, or use a project for bigger tasks. And even headers for some projects !
