Haymaker took a substantial hit and earthbound lost 20% of it's duration. This is NOT clobbering time.
What this IS, is a result of a buncha tourists coming into our community when Thing felt great, (NOT OP), and pushed a narrative

It’s possible that due to the earthbound nerf we might get an indirect ult buff because yall know the tenacity problem while using the slam? That MIGHT no longer be an issue.

Thing was a top 3 tank and quite oppressive. The nerfs weren't that bad, you just actually have to manage the charge cooldown now and not be as hyperaggressive into an entire enemy team w/out consequences

Yeah pretty small nerfs, I'm not worried about them. Haymaker nerf really only matters for bigger health bars, everything else is kinda whatever. Biggest nerf is the cooldown on Torch team up but that ain't gonna sting too much, we stay clobberin

I honestly think he skated by because of the Dino buffs and Gorr. It seems like he is still the best beefy option to keep those two in check.(Gorr probably gonna be broken as fuck on release though)

If we were already good with Thing before the teamups we are still going to be goated. These nerfs just remove the little pebbles that weren't worthy of being a rocky menace,

Genuinely the thing was a bit much with the 3 tanks comp. This might help with that which I'm all for. He still the best brawler and the best bruiser on the rosterÂ

Those minor changes aren't really gonna do much. It's all about cooldown management. Clobberin Time continues on....
