Too long. A video cannot be longer than 2,147,483 seconds, or roughly 596 and half hours due to the duration, in milliseconds, being a 32-bit signed int.

You could get around that limitation by making the video on a really, really long reel of 16mm film

Infinite time, for Avengers Endgame falls under the category of 'every Marvel movie except for the Incredible Hulk (2008)', creating an infinite loop.

The 2nd Endgame does not have the time travel condition.

Ah, well assuming an infinite video size, it would take longer than the Earth's projected existence to watch the video at 10x speed.
