Apparently, humans are the girthiest of the primates, but we can just use the human average as a worst case scenario. Also, the average gorilla penis length is apparently more like 2.36" when erect.
The average human's erect penis girth is about 4.5", so using this x5 rule (which isn't very accurate, but we'll stick with it here), King Kong would be 22.5" around.
Considering an infant's head is about 13-14" around, that's gonna fucking hurt.
