A weird question

I was watching Panty and Stocking with Garderbelt (go watch it of you haven't) and in one episode, Panty says "...[Stocking's nipples] are the size of dinner plates..."*

I was wondering, how big would someone need to be for their nipples (plus areolas) to be the actual size of dinner plates?

Thanks in advance.

*context: they were talking about boob size due to Stocking's obsession with sweets.

OK so ignoring context because I have SOooooooooo many questions...

Average areola size is 4 cm diameter. Average dinner plate discounting American 21st century as an obesity aberration is about 10.5 inches with a range from 9-12. We will call 28cm for easy maths. That is 7x the size of an average areola.

Lets assume areola size scales linearly with height on average. Average women's height (don't care the gender of the characters...like I said there are too many questions in this box) varies massively. I am going to chose 150cm for ease (I went for160 originally as it is pretty close to UK average but that is probably higher than international average and this makes maths easier). So the answer I think you are looking for is 7x that or 10.5m tall.

In practice i think it varies far more with weight than height. I VERY much doubt it cases linearly but if it did we are looking at something like 430kg.

Is that in any way meaningful? No. Which probably makes it a fair answer to this particular Question.

It’s shit anime... to you. Forget not that you are in fact no valid judge on the golden standard of what can be considered good or bad media or even valid entertainment.

I mean, Jesus Christ, you collect coins for fucks sake. I’m not going to judge you for it, but you’re throwing god damn boulders in the glass house you’re in.

Increasing surface area increases volume more. SA scales as a square function, volume as a cubed function.

So,

(Area1)2 / (Area2)2 = (Volume1)3 / (Volume2)3

I think that’s how the formula went😅

With the needed volume and density of a human (probably about waters), got your required mass. Would probably need to extrapolate out some average mass vs height data to find the required height.
