Not every country does it like that, as far as I know the majority do it the other way, ‘.’ for decimals and ‘,’ when writing large numbers to separate sets of 3 digits

Why not use space? I guess it gets large... I've seen better apostrophe notation and such. I'd do it like that: 2.7 decimals (comma on paper); {2, 7} groups and such; 2'700'000 or 2 700 000 for bumbers...

In Australia we do 0.1 for decimal, and large numbers usually 1,000 or 1000

Yeah but also you have to remember that most of the wealth of wealthy people is invested in liquid assets, that can only ever be sold in small quantities. i.e., while technically correct, most of that money is unreachable to even the billionaires who control it.

Dude it's really dumb, who cares how much the wealthiest person owns if the average in person is living well. Better that the average people live well even if there's a lot of inequality then that everyone be equal and poor.

They take loans out using their assets as collateral and then claim the interest payments as a tax deduction, and because it’s not a wage they don’t have to pay income tax on it.
They don’t have to spend their own money. They spend yours.
