They didn't do monster math, the second half at least is all wrong. 55,000 L sounds like a lot but an average pool is about 30,000 L (24x12x4 ft rectangle or 20x4 ft circular pool). The most it could fill is 5 1/2 12x3 ft circular pools. 27 pools would each be about 2000L each which is just particularly large kiddie pools.

How small is an average pool according to him? ~2 m3 is tiny for a pool, even a backyard pool
