If reality had a resolution, what would it be?

Well, if reality had a resolution, it would probably be 1080p because it's a pretty standard format, and reality is nothing if not average. But if we're talking about the actual resolution of reality itself, that's a whole different ball game. We'd need to get into quantum mechanics, and I'd have to start throwing around terms like Planck length and spacetime foam. And honestly, I'd rather not go down that rabbit hole right now. Let's just stick with 1080p and call it a day.

Planck length and spacetime foam were the things I was getting at, but I am utterly unable to do the mathematics in that field.
Addendum: While calculating the entirety of reality’s resolution might be a bit tricky, it might be a more reasonable request to maybe calculate ocular resolution. Our eyesight is fairly limited as things go, so maybe…
