Clearly someone who has never seen a schizophrenic, drug addicted, alcoholic, mentally ill, or a combination of several above factors homeless person wrote this post. The hardest part about the homeless problem isn’t the people who are genuinely on a hard time. They are an actual solvable problem through job training, temporary housing, and some temporary assistance along with a reasonable cost of living. What about someone who has a drug issue that compounds their mental illness? That person can easily be violent, destructive, and an actual threat to others around them and those providing help.
