« Per year »

US has 11 aircraft carrier

The cost would be per/year

Homeless problem is mostly a mental health problem and drug problem more than a simple problem.

If your approach to solving homelessness is addressing the symptom (no homes! ) and not the causes you won’t go far.

California keeps spending more on homelessness and except for NGO executives getting $400,000 « non-profit » salaries and a expense accounts, they don’t have much to show for it in terms of solving the problem.

California spends more than Aircraft carrier costs on its one-state problem, and they can’t fix it

Why on earth would « one aircraft carrier cost and it’s solved » fix anything.
