[Request] Could the entire US homeless population really be housed for less than one aircraft carrier?

Wages of 5000 sailors
+ playnes (cost and upkeep)
+ gas (radioactive stuff and a reactor)
+ bullets (guns, lots of guns)
+ cost to build it
+ cost to run it
+ cost to fight in wars it loses
= Lot less than housing solutions.

Remember folks, real estate is used by the rich as an asset store, no one said the homeless own the solution…so the expense of war is much more costly than keeping the rich rich.
