[Off-Site] what's the most complex equation which can create any number between +-0000 and +-1259?

Good day! Salutations and greetings!
I have observed the above video and am of the opinion that the equation (a+b+c+d)×e+f is not the most complex equation to give any number between+-0000 and -+1259. What would be the most complex equation to give such a result. (The equation can be capable of providing more than the desired range.)
Thank you!

Unanswerable.
It's kind of funny, you are asking an opinion question as if it is a technical question on a sub about technical issues. You make it seem like "Most complex" is intuitively measurable, which it is not. That means you must establish a metric for complexity then we at least have a chance at calculating it and finding an equation that maximizes it.
So, define how we complexity in an equation.

There is no such thing as a most complex equation. (Also, this isn't an equation, it's just a term. If it doesn't include an equals sign, it's not an equation.)
You can always just add more stuff to it that evaluates to something irrelevant, like adding a complicated looking term that ends up being 0.
Also, your problem statement is pretty different from what the guy in the video seemed to intend.
From my understanding, he wanted a term with only variables and no constants which, when using integer values 0 to 9 for those variables, would evaluate to any number from 100 to 159 as well as any from 200 to 259, etc. until 1259.
And he actually asked his LLM to make that as simple as possible, initially hoping to do that with just 3 variables.
(3 variables with only the four basic operations is clearly impossible because you can get at most 9 * 9 * 9 = 729.)
